1. Can I register more than one person’s fingerprint? – Yes. The ET633 can store up to 30 different fingerprints, making it suitable for shared use by family members or office staff.

2. What happens if the batteries run out and I don’t have the key? – You can plug the included External Battery Box into the panel to provide temporary power, or use a Type-C cable (on newer versions) to power the keypad and use your code/fingerprint.

3. What is the factory default password? – The default factory password is typically “1234”. It is highly recommended to change this to your own personal 4-8 digit code immediately after setup.

4. How do I register a new fingerprint? – Open the safe, press the Reset/Setting button (usually located on the inside of the door), and follow the voice/light prompts to scan your finger 5 times until the green light stays on.

5. Is the ET633 fireproof? – While the heavy-duty carbon steel provides some heat resistance, the ET633 is primarily a theft-resistant security safe. For certified fire protection (up to 2 hours), we recommend the DELI ET580 or ET581 series.

6. Can I fit an A4 file folder inside? – Yes. The internal width is 303mm, which is designed to hold standard A4 documents and certificates flat.

7. How does the vibration alarm work? – Once activated (usually by pressing ‘*’ on the keypad), the safe will sound a loud alarm if it is moved, tilted, or struck by an intruder.
